You will find the registration forms at the right of this page. The recommendable deadline for registration is 1 July 2006. We kindly advise you, however, to return the completed form as quickly as possible in view of the best position of your stand. The following table will assist you in filling out the form. All prices given are in Euros and are exclusive of 19% VAT.

Own stand construction
If you choose to construct your own stand, designed and built by a certified stand constructor, you should send a lay-out of the stand to the organization for approval. The stand should comply with the regulations for stand construction as described in the Exhibitions Conditions of Studie Beurs. Please notice that you do not have extra facilities with own stand construction and you should take care of your own wall panels. If you wish to use extra facilities like electricity, carpet and furniture you can order them by sending us order forms from the exhibition manual you will receive after official application.

Registration forms If you decide to participate in Scope on the Globe we urgently advise you to register your institution as soon as possible, well before the advisable deadline of 1 July 2006. An early registration increases the chances that your specific wishes regarding stand location and seminar hours can be honoured. Moreover you will fully profit from the effects of our publicity campaign. To register, print the registration form(s), fill them in by hand and send them by fax to +31 (0)20 664 6168. Exhibition conditions The Studie Beurs Rules & Regulations apply to your participation. Please note that there are pillars in some of the exhibition halls and that the official maximum stand height is 2.5 metres. We advise you to take account of this when designing your stand. If you would like to construct a higher stand, please contact the organization.
